This bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of detached apartment building in Mikulov. The apartment building is set into the sloping terrain of the town of Mikulov and consists of one basement and four above-ground floors. From the first to third above-ground floors two residential units with balconies are designed, on the top fourth floor is one spacious residential unit with access to the outdoor terrace. The floors are serviced by a staircase supplemented by an elevator in a separate elevator shaft. The building uses a structural system of ceramic parts for vertical and horizontal structures, part of the foundation structure is made of lost formwork. The roof of the building is warm flat roof. The bachelor´s thesis contains project documentation for the construction.

Detached house with a travel agency in Vyškov

Bachelor’s thesis is dealing with the processing of project documentation of a detached house with travel agency. The building has three floors and basement under part of the construction. Travel agency is located on the ground floor with disposition built separately from residential part and its own entrance. The basement of the residential part consists of cellars and fitness room. On the ground floor is situated garage, workroom and storage of gardening tools and furniture with the back entrance to the residential part. There are two apartments in the building one on the second and one on the third floor in the premises of the saddle roof.

Apartment Building in Jenisov

The subject of this bachelor thesis is design documentation for implementation of the construction applied on the apartment building in Jenisov. The apartment building is the detached one, placed in slope. Basement of this building, which is for home furnishing, contains two garages and it’s accessable only from the east side, where is entry to whole building. Remaining walls are located under ground. In other two above-ground floors there are always two dwelling units. The first one is two-room flat and the second one is three-room flat. These flats are orientated east side due the direction of slope and view on the neighborhood of Karlovy Vary. Vertical constructions are made of clay blocks Heluz, in the basement there is part of masonry from concrete blocks. Apartment building stands on foundation strips from concrete. Floor structure and staircase are cast-in.place from reinforced concrete and roofing is solved by warm flat roof. Whole building is insulated with contact thermal insulation ETICS.

THE BACHELOR THESIS IS A PROJECT OF A NEW APARTMENT BUILDING IN PROSTĚJOV. THE BUILDING IS DETERMINED FOR HOUSING AND IT IS SET IN STRAIGHT PARCEL. IT'S DESIGN IN A THREE-STOREY WITH BASEMENT. THE BUILDING IS DESIGNED FROM THE SYSTEM POROTHERM. THE CEILING STRUCTURE IS MADE OF REINFORCED CONCRETE CEILING. FLOOR PLAN IS RECTANGULAR. ROOF STRUCTURE IS DESIGNED AS A WARM FLAT ROOF.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a new-built apartment building in Hrabišin. The form corresponds to the project documentation for the building permit. It is a two-storey, partially basement building with a flat roof based on the base passages. On the above-ground floors, 5 residential units are designed for 14 people. A carriage and a 1st floor cleaning room are accessible to all users. In the basement there are cellars for all apartments, a boiler room and a common dryer. The parking is solved beside the apartment building on the paved area plus 5 garage parking spaces. The construction system is bricked two-way from the brick walls of Porotherm, except for the perimeter basement walls, which are lined with concrete fittings (lost formwork). The ceiling structure is made of ceramic concrete ceiling beams POT and MIAKO inserts. Diploma thesis deals with the design documentation of hotel building in the village of Dolní Lomná. The aim of the work was to create a unit that will be used for accommodation and catering of the guests and will not disturb the surroundings. The building was designed as a three-storey building. The hotel is devided to an operational part for staff, catering and accommodation for guests. The capacity of the beds is 32. The hotel is designed as a brick construction system. Roofing is as a saddle roof made of wooden truss above the 3rd floor. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part contains the textual evaluation of the construction of the hotel, the second part consists of the project documentation itself. The project documentation includes architectural and layout design, drawing up of building drawings, design of a fire safety solution of the building, basic thermal technical assessment.

The topic of the thesis is the design of new residential building in Uherské Hradiště. The aim is to develop detailed documentation for construction. The work includes studies, drawings, text and part of the calculation. It is a detached residential building with ground plan dimensions of approximately 16,5 x 26,5m. The building has 4 floors and a flat roof. The building is made of ceramic bricks, ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. Roofing is made up of single shell flat roof. The building is located on undeveloped land in housing estates on flat terrain. Residential building contains 16 apartments. Part of the 1st floor is also 6 separate garage.

Apartment building

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create project documentations for implementation of construction. Projected apartment block is situated in the northern part of Moravské Budějovice. The object is designed as detached building, which has 3 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor (partly with a cellar), it is fitted into a gentle northern slope. A total of 11 housing units are designed in the above-ground part of the building, technical system and storage areas for individual apartments are located in the basement. In the apartments on the south-west side of the building, overhanging balconies are designed in the above-ground part, terrace is on the ground floor. The base construction is designed from reinforced concrete belts. The perimeter wall in the basement is designed from blocks of permanent formwork. The perimeter wall in the above-ground floor and internal load-bearing masonry are made of brick blocks. Ceiling constructions are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic slab. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer flat vegetative roof. The whole house is thermally insulated with and external heating system.
